High quality performance

Laboratory Testing
1、Furnace charging method. It can be added to the furnace according to the ratio or carbon equivalent requirements, melting in medium frequency electric furnace, the recovery rate can reach more than 95%.
2、If applying low-temperature recarburizing process, that is only part of the furnace charing is melted. When the molten iron temperature is low, all the recarburizer is added to the molten iron at one time. At the same time, using the solid charge pressed it into the molten iron to prevent it from exposing the liquid iron surface.
3、If the amount of carbon is insufficient in the melted liquid iron to adjust the carbon propotion, firstly cleaning the slag in the furnace, and then add the recarburizer, by heating the liquid iron, electromagnetic stirring or artificial stirring to melt and absorb the carbon. The recovery rate can be about 90%.
